Agreement to these terms

dndremedies.com is operated by A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals, 1730 NW 79th Ave, Miami, FL 33126, under its D&D Remedies brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, all of which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United States.

Our products and health information

We sell dietary supplements, personal care products, and over-the-counter wellness products manufactured by A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals in the United States.

The information on this site is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from your physician or other healthcare provider. Consult your healthcare provider before using any product if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, and before giving any product to a child. Always read and follow the directions on the product label, and keep all products out of the reach of children.

Prices, availability, and errors

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do our best to keep product information and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error that affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Product availability may change without notice, and we may limit the quantities available for purchase.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products in it. The order confirmation email we send acknowledges that we received your order; we accept the order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unavailable products, or errors in pricing or product information, and we'll refund any amount already charged.

Payment is collected at the time you place your order through our checkout, which is operated by Shopify. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout to your chosen payment method and confirm that you are authorized to use it.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save lets you receive automatic deliveries of a product at a discounted price. When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout for each delivery, at the frequency you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days), until you cancel.
• Each subscription order is charged when it is created and ships according to our Shipping Policy. Shipping and taxes are added to each order.
• You can change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel at any time, with no penalty, through your account or by contacting us. Changes and cancellations apply to orders that haven't been created yet.
• If we change the price or terms of your subscription, we'll notify you by email before the next charge so you can decide whether to continue.
• Subscription orders can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the products, period, and conditions stated when they're offered. Unless stated otherwise, one code can be used per order, codes can't be combined with other offers, and they have no cash value. Our first-order welcome code is limited to one use per customer. We may modify or end a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Your account and use of the site

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. Provide accurate and current information when you order or contact us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to copy or scrape its content for commercial use, or to submit false information.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and design, belongs to A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. D&D Remedies, Duy, and our product names are trademarks of A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only; any other use requires our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law or under our Return & Refund Policy. Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order that gave rise to the claim. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved this way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
