D&D Remedies is a brand of A.G. Marin Pharmaceuticals, located at 1730 NW 79th Ave, Miami, FL 33126 ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit dndremedies.com or place an order, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices you have.
Our checkout is operated by Shopify. Your card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout pages and processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
The items in your shopping cart are saved in your browser's local storage so that your cart is still there when you come back. That information stays on your device until you check out.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep essential features working, such as your cart and checkout, and to measure how our site and ads perform.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag), which sets cookies to measure whether visits from our ads lead to purchases and to help show you relevant ads. Google's use of this data is described in Google's privacy policy, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google Ads settings. Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout and describes them in its cookie notice.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, including the cart and checkout, may not work. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes described above:
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers or our business, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We send promotional emails only if you've given us your email address for that purpose, for example through our welcome offer or by opting in at checkout. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by contacting us. We'll still send transactional emails about your orders, shipments, and subscriptions, since those are needed to provide the service.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Our website and checkout are protected with HTTPS encryption, payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors, and access to customer information is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information with appropriate safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California and several other U.S. states have specific rights under their state privacy laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We'll verify your identity, respond within the time required by law, and never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Our website and products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our site links to third-party services such as Shopify's checkout and Google. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and we'll post any material changes on this page.
