Nafasolina is an over-the-counter nasal decongestant solution, applied as drops, containing naphazoline hydrochloride 0.05%. It temporarily relieves stuffy nose and helps clear nasal passages.
Uses: for the temporary relief of nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever or sinusitis. Temporarily relieves stuffy nose. Helps clear nasal passages.

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 or 2 drops in each nostril, not more often than every 6 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
Do not use for more than 3 days. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Store between 15 and 30°C (59 to 86°F). Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing, and keep the box for information.
This is an over-the-counter medicine. Read and follow the Drug Facts label. Do not use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, unless directed by a doctor. Do not use in children under 12 years of age because it may cause sedation if swallowed. This product may cause temporary burning, stinging, sneezing or increased nasal discharge. Use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Avoid contact with the eyes. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
