Simple directions for daily use.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your physician. When traveling, the label suggests 1 capsule twice daily, starting two or three days before the trip.
For children, the label suggests 1 capsule daily; the capsule may be opened and the contents stirred into a cool drink or soft food. Consult your pediatrician before use.
Refrigerate between 35 and 46°F (2 to 8°C) after opening. Do not use if the inner seal is broken.
